A single-family house that proves how concrete 3D printing can deliver fast, precise and resilient suburban living. The concept is built as a system rather than a one-off object: pre-designed modules combine into homes of different sizes and lifestyles.
The architecture assembles three module families — Entry (vestibule, WC, wardrobe, laundry/store, plant room, optional garage), Living (kitchen–dining–living, optional fireplace hall) and Bedrooms (2/3/4 rooms or a home office). The shown layout merges an Entry unit 47 m², a Living unit 77.2 m² and a 3-bedroom unit 89 m² into a 212 m² plan. Material palette explores printed concrete in grey, beige and white.
