Architecture & Engineering (A&E)
Full cycle — schematic design, 3D visualization, construction documents, structural engineering. We work with concrete 3D printing because we’ve tested where it beats standard methods and where it falls short. You get honest answers, not a tech demo. Real timelines, detailed documentation, no surprises.
Interior Design (ID)
Interiors that actually match the building they’re in. Layout planning, detailed visualizations, full FF&E specifications. The result should feel like yours — lived-in, personal — not like a showroom that’s afraid of fingerprints.
Procurement (FF&E)
Materials, furniture, lighting, decor — sourced and costed. We give you a clear spreadsheet ranked by priority and budget impact, not a 60-page moodboard. You make the call. We handle vendors and logistics.
Brand & Content Creation (CP)
Renderings, animations, brand films, social media kits. Same team that designed the building produces its visual story — nothing gets lost between architect and visualizer. Portfolio books, pitch decks, brochures when you need them.
