Located on the picturesque Mallorcan coast, Monaco Suites reimagines the classic Mediterranean colour scheme as a sleek, ready-to-sell architectural concept. Rather than reinventing the local style, we refined it, focusing on honest materials and designs that bring the sea and gardens into the rooms.
The exterior palette is a study in texture and light. Travertine, ribbed glass, and bronze accents sit alongside light plaster and microcement, ensuring the architecture remains warm yet restrained. Glass balustrades dissolve the boundary between the terraces and the view, while lush planting softens the building’s edges and grounds the structure in its coastal context.
From the garden suites to the penthouses, the design prioritises open terraces and rooftops, ensuring every angle captures the tranquil atmosphere of the coast.
