This community of single-family houses proves that 3D-printed concrete can deliver precise, resilient, and architecturally expressive suburban living. The concept revolves around creating a protective shell that feels permeable to nature yet secure. This exclusive micro-community is aimed at families who value modern technology, privacy, and a deep connection with the forest setting.
The single-storey structure is defined by its fluid geometry and distinct zoning. The layout is divided into two functional volumes: a spacious social wing with high ceilings designed to maximise volume and light, and a secluded private wing engineered for safety. A key feature of the architectural shell is the integrated reinforced room, which is designed to protect against blast waves and debris, blending essential security with modern aesthetics.
The material palette explores the raw beauty of textured, 3D-printed concrete to create a visual balance between brutalist strength and the organic softness of the surrounding pine forest.
