Designed for the exclusive Saadiyat Reserve, this private residence strikes a balance between monumental geometry and warm, tactile living spaces. Defined by its ‘soft brutalist’ approach, the architecture features massive volumes of light travertine softened by rounded corners and fluid overhangs that provide natural shading — an essential feature in the UAE climate.

The focal point of the design is the striking bronze entrance arch. Clad in cast metal with a hammered texture, it anchors the façade, creating a ceremonial transition between street and private interior.
The layout revolves around an internal courtyard containing a central tree, which brings light and nature into the heart of the home while ensuring complete privacy. The rear façade opens completely onto a sunken lounge and pool area featuring large-format porcelain tiles, textured plasterwork, and fire features that transform the outdoor space into an evening retreat.
