Defined by its ‘soft brutalist’ approach, the architecture features massive volumes of light travertine softened by rounded corners and fluid overhangs that provide natural shading — an essential feature in the UAE climate.

The focal point of the design is the striking bronze entrance arch. Clad in cast metal with a hammered texture, it anchors the façade, creating a ceremonial transition between street and private interior.
The layout revolves around an internal courtyard containing a central tree, which brings light and nature into the heart of the home while ensuring complete privacy. The rear façade opens completely onto a sunken lounge and pool area featuring large-format porcelain tiles, textured plasterwork, and fire features that transform the outdoor space into an evening retreat.
