Full interior concept for a two-story house outside Prague. Three materials carry the project: natural travertine on main walls and kitchen island, vertical fluted wood through corridors and bedrooms, reeded glass partitions between zones. The glass keeps sightlines open while defining separate rooms — simple on paper, but took three rounds of samples to match the travertine veining across slabs.
Lighting runs on its own circuit logic. Linear recessed profiles, suspended sculptural lamps, integrated cabinet lighting. Separate circuits, no dimmer gymnastics — the rooms shift from bright and functional to quiet on their own.
Ground floor: open-plan living/dining/kitchen, separate SPA block with sauna, gym, lounge. Upper floor: master suite with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, two guest bedrooms, flex home-office room.
Metal details in blackened steel and aged brass on custom furniture, shelving, bathroom fixtures. Keeps the material palette clean without going sterile.
